Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the React Native application to ensure a smooth and performant user experience
• Own the mobile architecture and make key technical decisions as the app evolves
• Shape the mobile roadmap in close collaboration with product and design teams
• Translate product vision into concrete technical plans and ship iteratively
• Monitor app performance, crash rates, and user experience metrics
• Optimize for speed, stability, and scalability
• Partner with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless features
• Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience
• Strong expertise in React Native in a production environment
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and native module integration
• Strong communication in English
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Mindset focused on quality, pragmatism, and delivery
