Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement features
• Influence deliverables in other domains such as Backend API interface design and QA methodologies
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Drive optimization and performance improvements for a seamless user experience
• Mentor and coach junior and senior mobile engineers
• Draft and lead the mobile engineering team's technical roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, or Java
• Extensive experience with React Native, Flutter, Xcode, or Android Studio
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns and UI/UX best practices
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration
• Experience with Git and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
