Lead Methods Engineer CBS

Responsibilities

• Define and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products
• Perform industrial documentation and establish method times using MTM UAS building block systems
• Participate in P-FMEA and design reviews to improve manufacturability
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive productivity improvements in manufacturing shops
• Collaborate on tooling specifications and ensure ergonomic working conditions
• Support production teams in achieving Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets
• Contribute to industrial Return on Experience (REX) regarding manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 4 to 6 years of experience in heavy fabrication and stainless steel/carbon steel welding
• Certification in MTM time study tools (MTM1, MTM2, or MTM UAS)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP systems (such as SAP)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools
• Familiarity with Process FMEA, QRQC, and value stream mapping
• Strong understanding of method time calculation, ergonomics, and fatigue analysis
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
