Lead Mechanical Static Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Static Equipment Technical Authority for pressure vessel design, mechanical integrity, and offshore installation feasibility
• Enforce compliance with ADNOC CoPs, ASME Section VIII, API, and ISO standards
• Review and approve vendor datasheets, GA drawings, design calculations, and weight data
• Lead brownfield equipment integration, deck load integration, and offshore feasibility studies
• Support mechanical integrity reviews, fitness-for-service assessments, and RBI classification
• Provide technical input for safety studies including HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL
• Review lifting plans, rigging studies, and transportation load cases for offshore installation
• Provide engineering support during equipment installation, hydrotesting, and commissioning
• Maintain discipline registers including static equipment lists and datasheet registers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 16+ years of Oil & Gas EPC experience in Static Equipment engineering
• 7–10 years of experience on ADNOC Offshore or offshore projects
• ADNOC Offshore approval or eligibility
• Proficiency in PV Elite, COMPRESS, Nozzle Pro, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and AVEVA E3D/PDMS

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in pressure vessel design or inspection
• Experience with Brownfield Platform Projects
