Lead Mechanical & Piping Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and piping engineering projects from tender and studies through to execution
• Handle 3D modeling for steel construction and pipe design in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
• Work independently while collaborating with a large team of engineers to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Several years of experience in equipment and piping system design
• Extensive experience within the process industry, specifically land-based industry
• Proficiency with Autodesk platforms including AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Inventor
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and access to a personal vehicle for business travel
• Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) both oral and written
• Ability to pass security clearance and background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building up new professional environments and networks
• Ability to manage both large and small scale projects
