Lead - Mechanical Integration

Responsibilities

• Own the release of engineering drawings and maintain accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal standards and PLM systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO)
• Prepare and release complete manufacturing datapacks including drawings, BOMs, and specifications
• Ensure CTQs are properly flowed down into design, validation, and production stages
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability
• Ensure compatibility and alignment between interfacing components and drive issue resolution
• Develop and optimize packaging layouts for mechanical components and assemblies

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical integration, product design, or system engineering
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturing (DFX)
• Familiarity with drawing standards and release processes
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple design releases and priorities
