Lead Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform field tasks including swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, and responding to on-demand requests
• Address customer complaints via email or Zendesk
• Train new technicians in shift priorities, SOPs, and company systems
• Ensure warehouse organization and standards are maintained
• Oversee correct battery cycling and vehicle positioning
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Prior experience leading or mentoring teammates
• Ability to work a variety of days and shifts, primarily evenings and weekends
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance
• Passion for dockless scooter sharing and sustainable transportation
