Lead Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Ensure the compliance and good condition (technical, safety, presentation) of rental equipment
• Organize workshop work including planning, interventions, and repairs
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnostics on equipment
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting when necessary
• Coordinate the workshop and yard team, including planning activities and training staff
• Manage workshop administration: quotes, supplier purchase orders, and stock management
• Monitor periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with clients
• Maintain workshop activity documents such as revision checklists and intervention reports

Requirements

• Technical training (BEP, BAC Pro, or BTS) in industrial maintenance, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment (BTP)
• Team spirit and service-oriented mindset
