Lead MDM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and mature Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro environments
• Architect Intune + JAMF integration to enforce single security posture
• Design and deploy Zero Touch provisioning workflows for Windows and macOS
• Build and enforce device compliance policies for encryption, OS currency, and antivirus
• Partner with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and manage security agents
• Manage full device lifecycle from enrollment to retirement
• Write PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripts to automate management tasks and remediation
• Handle Tier 3 escalations and develop Knowledge Base documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing endpoints at scale
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Compliance, Entra ID)
• Deep expertise in JAMF Pro (DEP, Self Service, JAMF Connect)
• Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
• Understanding of Entra ID and modern identity-driven security models
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, JAMF 200/300/370, or Apple Certified
