Lead MDM Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Data Management strategy to meet business requirements and enhance data quality
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Technology departments to translate requirements into MDM architecture solutions
• Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions considering scalability, performance, and integration
• Define and enforce MDM architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies
• Define data governance policies and standards to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Provide expertise in data modelling, profiling, quality assessments, and model management
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and platforms to enhance MDM capabilities
• Conduct design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide technology systems
• Drive the integration of new technologies ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data management
• 5+ years of experience specifically in MDM
• Strong knowledge of MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Talend, or SAP MDG
• Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality management
• In-depth understanding of data governance concepts and best practices
• Proven ability to design and implement MDM frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
