Lead, Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a logistics team, defining clear objectives and expectations to achieve operational goals.
• Plan, manage, and control teamwork while communicating the roadmap and final goals to inspire and motivate members.
• Establish periodical communication routines, including briefs, monitoring, and activity measurement.
• Scale workforce and equipment based on volume forecasts to meet performance requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety rules, PPE procedures, and internal ID Logistics processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate deviations between planned and actual values.
• Promote process improvement and internal innovation programs within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with customers to execute specific requirements and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of related experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g., OSHA).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and PPE safety procedures.
• Ability to complete post-hire assessments.
