Lead Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service excellence to all spa guests
• Assist the Spa Director in generating and enhancing revenue
• Establish and maintain a smooth, consistent flow of general spa operations
• Oversee retail store management and inventory control
• Manage opening and closing duties and delegate tasks to staff to maintain operational standards
• Lead recruitment, training, staffing, and scheduling for the massage department

Requirements

• Licensed Massage Therapist
• 2+ years of professional massage experience
• Proven knowledge of body treatments, scrubs, and various massage modalities
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Mail, Calendar, Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have valid US Work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume, customer-service-focused environment
• Experience working with Point of Sale systems (Book4Time knowledge is a plus)
• Previous experience working in a spa or salon setting
