Lead Martech Data Engineer & Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to define standards for data pipelines, transformations, and integrations across cloud platforms (GCP, Snowflake, Azure) and CRM platforms
• Ensure correct adoption of modern data stacks using dbt, Airflow, Terraform, and ELT/ETL frameworks
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, providing strategic guidance on data architecture
• Pioneer emerging capabilities including agentic automation and AI-driven engineering
• Mentor and coach engineers through hands-on guidance and code reviews
• Partner with Architects, Strategy Consultants, and client services teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on data engineering experience building production pipelines and data warehouses
• Mandatory experience with Adobe Experience Platform
• Deep expertise in dbt, Airflow, Terraform, and cloud platforms like GCP BigQuery or Snowflake
• Strong architectural skills in data modeling, quality, and governance
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD)
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and building stakeholder trust
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud or dbt certifications
• Experience building data pipelines for AI/LLM applications
• Agency or consulting experience
