Lead Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketplace business across platforms including Amazon and Flipkart to drive sustainable revenue growth
• Manage and mentor a high-growth team to build a scalable marketplace engine
• Oversee advertising, pricing, inventory, and logistics strategies for all marketplace channels
• Decide SKU prioritization and manage e-commerce partner relationships, including margin and contract negotiations
• Exercise autonomy over budgets to experiment with digital marketing and growth tactics

Requirements

• Proven experience leading marketplace efforts for a VC-backed D2C or digital-first brand
• Demonstrated track record of scaling business on Amazon and Flipkart
• Direct experience with P&L responsibility
• In-depth understanding of inventory, advertising, and financial reporting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree from a Tier-1 institution (IIT, IIM, BITS, or Ivy League)
• Strong interest in branding, aesthetics, positioning, and communication
• A personal passion for fitness and clean eating
