Lead, Marketing & Public Relations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross-platform communication strategies highlighting renewable energy benefits in emerging markets.
• Lead rebranding efforts to develop a refreshed brand identity aligned with strategic vision.
• Execute proactive PR strategies to enhance reputation within the private equity and renewable energy sectors.
• Manage end-to-end content creation, including white papers, articles, videos, podcasts, and social media.
• Create compelling marketing collateral for investor presentations, offering documents, and fund performance updates.
• Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
• Monitor and synthesize industry trends in sustainable infrastructure and private equity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and investment professionals to align marketing with business goals.
• Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and brand visibility metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PR/marketing and communications experience within asset management or private equity.
• Proven experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation, project management, and strategic positioning.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior executives and investors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing degree.
• CFA or equivalent professional certifications.
• Deep interest or experience in ESG and emerging markets.
