Lead, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for the backhalf grave shift (Wed/Thurs-Sat, 6pm-7am)
• Provide direction and hands-on training for manufacturing staff
• Ensure schedule adherence and effective troubleshooting with minimal oversight
• Partner with support groups including Facilities, Validation, and Quality to complete scheduled activities
• Assist with the review and approval of documentation, including Batch Records and logbooks
• Support the closure of manufacturing-owned quality records such as deviations and change requests
• Maintain a high standard of compliance and work ethic within the department

Requirements

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
• 0-2 years of experience leading a team
• Familiarity with Chrome skids and TFF skids
• Experience with process automation and functionality
• Ability to delegate work and follow production schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle, MES, and Microsoft Teams
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
