Lead, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for front-end night shifts, ensuring schedule adherence and effective decision-making.
• Provide direction, hands-on training, and technical leadership to manufacturing staff.
• Troubleshoot process issues and support resolutions in coordination with technical and support groups like Facilities, Validation, and Quality.
• Assist with the review and approval of technical documentation, including Batch Records and logbooks.
• Support the closure of manufacturing-owned quality records, such as deviations and change requests.
• Drive opportunities for process optimization and provide feedback on operational procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to cGMP standards and commercial operation requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in downstream processing.
• Working knowledge of process automation and associated process equipment.
• Proven organizational, shift leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working within a cGMP regulated environment.
• Proficiency with business systems such as LIMS, Veeva, SAP, or MES.
