Lead Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound inquiries via digital channels and phone within established SLAs
• Conduct structured discovery using approved qualification frameworks to identify sales-ready opportunities
• Capture accurate customer information and qualification notes within the CRM
• Convert qualified leads into Opportunities and ensure correct ownership and documentation
• Execute lead nurture processes, including providing budgetary quotes and follow-up reminders
• Maintain high data-quality standards in CRM regarding leads, opportunities, and activities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends
• Escalate complex technical or pricing questions to appropriate sales or technical teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Management, sales development, customer support, or related roles
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (effective verbal and written communication)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in CRM usage
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field)
