About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for Advertising & Marketing customers, aligning Sprinklr capabilities to business goals and driving executive stakeholder engagement.
- Build and execute Value Realisation Plans (VRPs) aligned to customer KPIs such as campaign performance, ROAS, and engagement.
- Lead the adoption of Sprinklr Advertising, Paid Social, and Marketing products, providing guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and automation.
- Manage end-to-end Managed Services delivery, including weekly reporting, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to improve client handling and product expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Success Managers, Account Executives, and Product teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or SaaS consulting/Managed Services.
- Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn.
- Proven experience working with Adtech or MarTech platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise or global clients within complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
