About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner
- Diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies professionally
- Maintain property exterior and curb appeal, including snow removal
- Monitor and document appliance replacements, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain inventory and ensure shop cleanliness in compliance with OSHA standards
- Adhere to fair housing policies and company procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and related Vocational Training or equivalent experience
- HVAC knowledge and EPA certification (Type I & II or better, including 410A)
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall, carpentry, and pool/spa maintenance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts
- Proficiency with software, mobile devices, and computer hardware
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel, commercial, or apartment maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory experience
