Lead Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and lead a small team of technicians
• Ensure equipment, tools, and systems operate safely and in compliance with cGMPs and Global Quality Standards
• Lead daily work planning, scheduling, and task prioritization
• Audit completed work for quality and coach team members to support performance and development
• Act as the first point of escalation for urgent or complex maintenance issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with Plant, Production, and Supply Chain partners to improve processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team
• Strong hands-on experience with pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of cGMPs and safe work practices
• Ability to work weekend day shifts (6am-6pm) on a rotating schedule
