Lead Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support property maintenance operations and ensure community safety and functionality
• Complete work orders and assist with preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors
• Support curb appeal standards and work with the Property Manager
• Lead the maintenance team to drive quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
• Prior experience leading a maintenance team
• HVAC or Universal EPA Certification required
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Possession of personal tools
