About the role
Responsibilities
- Support property maintenance operations and ensure community safety and functionality
- Complete work orders and assist with preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors
- Support curb appeal standards and work with the Property Manager
- Lead the maintenance team to drive quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
- Prior experience leading a maintenance team
- HVAC or Universal EPA Certification required
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Possession of personal tools
