Lead Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Perform routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems are functioning properly
• Lead and train the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Enforce OSHA, local, state, and federal safety regulations and building codes
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of hotel or facility maintenance experience
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like climbing and bending
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
