About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize ML software models and components to solve real-world business problems in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams.
  • Develop, test, and validate ML models while automating deployment and testing processes.
  • Leverage cloud-based architectures and technologies to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
  • Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models.
  • Implement CI/CD best practices, including test automation and monitoring, to ensure successful deployment.
  • Provide technical coaching to team members and drive innovation within the day-to-day workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, SQL, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed computing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with model performance management, including monitoring, bias detection, and drift analysis.
  • Familiarity with ML deployment tools like MLFlow or AWS SageMaker.
  • Proficiency in big data ecosystems and processing with Spark/PySpark.
  • Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
