Lead Logistics Planning and Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and automate regular logistics reporting
• Perform inventory analysis regarding excess, obsolete, and non-liquid materials
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory differences and stock discrepancies
• Prepare consolidated inventory results and analytical conclusions
• Create reports and presentations to present analytical results to management
• Lead and participate in logistics and supply chain optimization projects
• Calculate the economic impact of implemented optimization initiatives
• Forecast transport, customs, and related logistics costs
• Plan and control the logistics budget, analyzing actual vs. budget and forecast

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance, or Management
• English language proficiency at B1-B2 level
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, analytical models, and large datasets
• Proficiency in VBA and macros for automation
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to handle large volumes of information
• Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly
