Lead Logistics Clerk

Responsibilities

• Maintain records for material receipts, movements, and kitting consumption
• Arrange material distribution, including SAP inductions, inspector notifications, and inventory updates
• Reconcile material and inventory variances and perform root cause analysis for preventive actions
• Support continuous improvement of material flow and inventory processes
• Provide operational oversight for tool cribs to ensure consistent staffing and service levels
• Lead and develop Tool Crib personnel through work assignments, training, and performance oversight

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High proficiency in SAP Transaction Codes related to material receipts, kitting, and issuance
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma, Lean, or Green Belt Certification
• Experience with SAP and Asset Tracking Databases
