Lead Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Enforce company safety policies and conduct accident investigations
• Provide direction to production team members to meet key metrics
• Monitor line staffing and recommend adjustments to control manpower costs
• Perform routine line checks to ensure efficiency and progress
• Sustain manufacturing methods including 5S, PQCDSM, and Visual Management
• Ensure associates are adequately trained through onboarding and mentoring programs
• Coordinate with other shift leaders, quality assurance, and warehouse operations
• Work with maintenance to ensure equipment runs at optimal levels

Requirements

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor associates
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
