Lead Legal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live
• Own priority client use cases and shape scalable onboarding frameworks
• Act as a senior thought partner to partners, legal ops, and innovation leaders
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations
• Influence internal Product and Go-to-Market teams on implementation strategy
• Represent the voice of the customer to drive product improvements
• Build and refine team processes and operating rhythms
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers
• Lead hiring efforts for the Legal Engineering function

Requirements

• Background in law (top-tier firm, in-house, or legal tech)
• Direct people management experience including hiring and performance management
• Senior experience delivering complex client implementations
• Strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows
• Excellent stakeholder and program management skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a legal tech or technology-driven environment
