About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of emerging talent and new leader development programs across the enterprise.
- Serve as a strategic L&D consultant and liaison to Refining business leaders and HR partners to identify organizational development priorities.
- Conduct needs and gap analyses to design tailored leadership development solutions that align with business needs.
- Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership content and workshops for both virtual and in-person audiences, including executive-level sessions.
- Utilize data analytics and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Talent Management functions to integrate development strategies with succession planning and workforce priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, L&D, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in talent development or organizational development.
- Proven success in designing and delivering leadership development programs, including offerings for executive audiences.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Proficiency in data analytics and Excel to derive insights from learning metrics.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, MBA, or I/O Psychology.
- Professional certifications such as Leadership Coaching, Hogan, ATD, MBTI, DiSC, or Prosci.
- Experience working within large, complex, or highly regulated industries like energy, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Experience managing external vendors or executive coaching networks.
