Lead Learning & Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of emerging talent and new leader development programs across the enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic L&D consultant and liaison to Refining business leaders and HR partners to identify organizational development priorities.
• Conduct needs and gap analyses to design tailored leadership development solutions that align with business needs.
• Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership content and workshops for both virtual and in-person audiences, including executive-level sessions.
• Utilize data analytics and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with Talent Management functions to integrate development strategies with succession planning and workforce priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, L&D, Education, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in talent development or organizational development.
• Proven success in designing and delivering leadership development programs, including offerings for executive audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel to derive insights from learning metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, MBA, or I/O Psychology.
• Professional certifications such as Leadership Coaching, Hogan, ATD, MBTI, DiSC, or Prosci.
• Experience working within large, complex, or highly regulated industries like energy, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience managing external vendors or executive coaching networks.
