Lead Java/Spring Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities for the development team
• Design and evolve application architecture
• Analyze technical obsolescence and propose improvements
• Supervise POC realization and guide technology choices
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
• Guarantee quality, performance, and security of developments
• Manage a team of 4 people (1 lead dev + 3 developers)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within Azure and internal platforms

Requirements

• 7 to 8 years of experience in Java development
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead
• Excellent mastery of Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures
• Knowledge or experience with Azure services
• Ability to debug and analyze complex processing chains
• Strong leadership and pedagogical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event-driven or microservices environments
• Knowledge of Struts or EJB3
• Experience working within a SAFe methodological framework
• Experience with data repositories
