Lead IT System Support Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with Business Partners to gather and analyze requirements for EAM and IAM capabilities
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs and optimize asset maintenance processes
• Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex technical solutions
• Execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness and oversee deployment to production environments
• Provide ad-hoc training, user support, and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM) module, or S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience in Asset Management using SAP EAM and proficiency in SAP EAM configuration
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations with modules such as MM, FI, and CO
• Knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodology
• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry
• Proven track record with at least 2-3 S/4HANA implementations, maintenance, or support projects
• Hands-on experience with upgrades, add-on installations, and HANA Scale-out environments
• Experience with multi-tenant databases
