Lead IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of IT infrastructure including identity management, device management, and productivity tooling
• Build and ship automations to reduce manual work across the business
• Maintain and expand the internal knowledge base
• Own hardware lifecycle decisions across clinic and manufacturing environments
• Contribute to shared security posture using endpoint security tooling and operational workflows
• Make independent decisions on onboarding, admin access, and tooling
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation

Requirements

• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure at scale (IAM, device management, endpoint management)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise stacks such as Microsoft Azure/Intune/M365 or Google Workspace/JAMF
• Power user of AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, or agentic tooling)
• Practical experience with automation platforms like Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier
• Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows environments
• Experience with hardware ownership across endpoints or manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of security operations and endpoint protection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV or clinic-specific systems
• Knowledge of Cisco or networking fundamentals
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare
• Track record of building internal documentation and knowledge bases
