Lead Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders and fast track rush orders
• Provide daily direction and support for Store Persons
• Ensure on-time delivery of components and production kits
• Coordinate daily and weekly kitting resources to achieve DIFOT
• Act as the first escalation point for kitting related issues
• Maintain stock point accuracy and investigate discrepancies in LN
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain standard operating procedures
• Manage FIFO and stock rotation
• Maintain a tidy, orderly warehouse in accordance with 5S principles
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and document management systems

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing 3-6 direct reports
• Exposure to international shipping regulations (ITAR)
• Knowledge of IATA and IMDG regulations
• Strong IT knowledge and proficiency with Windows
• Experience working with a fully integrated ERP system

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing
• Prior experience in high-paced, rapid growth environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
