Lead Integration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, build, and delivery of integration solutions for the SimCorp Dimension system based on client requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements from global clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Prepare test cases and support System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Perform unit testing, documentation, and solution demonstrations
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across the team and the wider company

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems integration implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of the software implementation life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data import, export, and transformation processes
• Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT or other data types
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, or similar middleware technologies
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance
• Strong communication skills and experience working in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating financial IT systems
• Familiarity with global financial standards and messaging (SWIFT, ISO20022, MT/MX formats)
• Knowledge of or interest in investment finance, capital markets, and financial instruments
