Lead, Integrated Care & Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support to the management and senior leadership teams
• Support service delivery design, goal setting, and quality improvement efforts
• Manage employee scheduling, workload distribution, and absence requests
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and the development of job descriptions
• Collaborate with the VP of IC&E to advance strategy and program initiatives
• Assist with client scheduling and the resolution of client concerns
• Support centralized procurement and supply ordering processes
• Champion employee engagement efforts and initiatives

Requirements

• B.A. degree in a relevant health or social science field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related clinical experience, preferably in community healthcare
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) PSS Suites
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle for travel between sites
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Knowledge of cultural diversity and culturally sensitive practice
