Lead Installation Generalist

Responsibilities

• Lead studies for one or more projects within the design office
• Technically manage a team of designers and drafters
• Analyze input data, contractual documents, piping classes, standards, and codes to ensure correct application
• Provide regulatory solutions to clients (DESP, construction codes, calculation notes)
• Act as a liaison between the Design Office Manager, Project Managers, and the design team
• Validate all study deliverables including P&IDs, lists, plans, isometrics, and support schedules
• Organize design reviews
• Perform technological monitoring in industrial design and engineering
• Ensure rigorous application of quality processes (self-checks, verifications)
• Administer software such as PLANT3D or E3D as required by projects

Requirements

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree (BTS CPI, BTS CRCI, or professional license in design or equivalent)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial engineering and general installation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Plant 3D, and/or E3D
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures
• Strong leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team
