Lead Inspector

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead field inspection teams, guiding lower-level inspectors to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Develop and implement advanced inspection strategies, including process optimization and new techniques.
• Manage client relationships and lead the resolution of complex technical problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Innovate inspection processes by applying advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation systems and inspection records to ensure traceability and data integrity.
• Provide technical leadership on special projects involving multiple disciplines or significant technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control and Automation Engineering/Technology.
• Over four years of experience in equipment inspections and technical team mentoring.
• Mastery of applicable industry standards and experience with quality management.
• Advanced certifications in equipment inspection or related technical areas.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and project management software.
• International inspection experience and knowledge of global standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
