Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, sampling, supervision, and coordination with clients according to area requirements.
  • Participate in service opening and closing meetings.
  • Create work schedules based on Inspection Orders.
  • Distribute field activities and tasks to the group of inspectors under your charge.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules and delivery of inspection documents.
  • Verify equipment and materials before and after service.
  • Keep Project and Operations Coordinators informed about inspection progress or incidents.
  • Ensure personnel participate in 5-minute safety talks and complete Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR).
  • Perform quality and safety supervision of personnel based on activity risks.
  • Generate monthly reports of substandard acts or conditions in Intelex.
  • Propose improvement opportunities for inspection and sampling procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Technician degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Fishing, Biology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Competence in sampling matrices: water, air, soil, noise, and emissions.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Excel.
  • Availability for rotating shifts and travel.
  • Driver's license A1 (min. 3 years) or A2b (min. 2 years) preferred.
