About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingID, and PingOne.
- Provide end-to-end production support for access management platforms to ensure high availability and adherence to operational SLAs.
- Partner with engineering teams to support SSO onboarding, integration activities, and platform enhancements.
- Participate in planned change implementations, disaster recovery events, and critical incident support outside standard business hours.
- Work in a rotational shift model (Early Morning & Afternoon) to ensure global operational continuity.
- Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting or programming.
- Utilize ServiceNow for efficient incident, problem, and change management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience in infrastructure or access management.
- Proven expertise with Ping Identity product suites.
- Experience providing production support for secure access management and SSO platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming for automation purposes.
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift model and support weekend/after-hours activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational improvements.
