Lead, Infrastructure Issue Remediation Oversight Support

Responsibilities

• Support global process and control issue remediation efforts within the Global Infrastructure Risk and Control team
• Manage regional issue remediation activities and drive Infrastructure Technology teams toward sustainable solutions
• Provide risk-minded guidance to technology teams to ensure effective remediation with minimal oversight
• Support reporting on the current state of ongoing remediations
• Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders across all lines of defense globally
• Ensure all deliverables and meeting outcomes are accurate, complete, and provided to stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services with a strong understanding of Risk Management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of bank-wide controls, standards, processes, regulations, risks, and controls
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and challenge action plans and evidence provided by stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Strong ability to build relationships, influence teams, and reach consensus among stakeholders with differing viewpoints
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving execution in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Internal Audit or Risk functions
