Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex infrastructure initiatives to develop solutions for business applications
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaboration with teams and third-party vendors
• Evaluate internal and external software solutions to meet target state architecture goals
• Review and analyze high-impact outages to implement processes that prevent future issues
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices
• Direct daily risk and control flows, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards
• Make technical decisions regarding designs, implementation plans, and project risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
• Experience with Windows or Linux operating system administration
• Proficiency in shell/command-line or Python scripting
• Knowledge of Big Data solutions such as Elastic Search, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, or Splunk
• Experience working within an Agile delivery environment
• CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge with experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with configuration management and automation for network devices and telemetry data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Network Management and Observability Engineer
• Familiarity with tools such as Broadcom DX NetOps, Cisco Nexus Dashboard, or Arista Cloud Vision
• Experience with workflow automation development and virtual machine hosted deployments
• Understanding of ITIL and management process frameworks
• Experience in large corporate environments managing tens of thousands of devices
