About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, reliability, and technical governance of the Theta Lake Electronic Communications Archiving and Surveillance platform
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Configure and maintain Theta Lake surveillance policies, including keyword detection, behavioral patterns, and alert routing
  • Partner with messaging and archiving teams to ensure data ingestion integrity from sources like Microsoft 365, Teams, and voice recording systems
  • Review and analyze high-impact outages to implement processes that prevent future technical issues
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into implementable surveillance controls and audit-ready documentation
  • Direct daily risk and control flows, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
  • Direct experience with Theta Lake administration, including environment setup, operations, and upgrades
  • 5+ years of experience in Application & Production support with hands-on expertise in Windows/Linux Operating Systems and Oracle databases
  • 3+ years of experience with platforms such as ZL, Vantage, or Theta Lake
  • Proficiency with monitoring and operational tools such as Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, or Autosys
  • Strong understanding of Incident & Problem Management and ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic communication archival and regulated financial services surveillance programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Verba, or other compliance ecosystems
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, SQL, or KQL
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery and legal hold processes
  • Understanding of governance frameworks, audit practices, and policy traceability
