Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to infrastructure engineering projects.
• Drive workstreams involving infrastructure engineering technologies and modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional platforms to architect and implement changes for issue resolution.
• Execute creative solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation.
• Implement AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation.
• Ensure all changes are traceable, auditable, and aligned with resiliency and security expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform automation roles.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience supporting infrastructure platforms and SRE for BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI capabilities to support engineering workflows with strong validation habits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with secrets management, least-privilege access, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and change management.
• Experience with job scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M.
