Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the stability, performance, and operational readiness for business intelligence platforms across on-premises and SaaS environments
• Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions through automation
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, configuration, compliance, and self-healing capabilities
• Engineer platform components including capacity scaling, authentication integrations, and certificate management
• Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve the speed and safety of infrastructure changes
• Improve system observability through metrics, logs, traces, and the definition of meaningful SLOs/SLIs
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis, design documentation, and remediation validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, or GitLab CI
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience supporting BI tools such as Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, ThoughtSpot, Qlik Sense, or IBM Cognos
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strict validation and security standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and change management
• Experience with enterprise schedulers like Autosys or Control-M
• Experience with chaos engineering and large-scale resiliency engineering practices
