Lead Infrastructure Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-level and web-scale hosting platforms, including application, web, and database servers
• Drive DevOps transformations by implementing infrastructure automation and cloud technologies
• Develop technical roadmaps and effective solutions to meet challenging business objectives
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and functional development teams to shape cloud and infrastructure practices
• Establish controls and processes for continuous application delivery through automation
• Act as a thought leader in DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineering for both clients and internal teams
• Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs

Requirements

• Deep understanding of cloud and virtualization platforms, IaaS, and PaaS
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows server systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools across different technology stacks
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance testing (e.g., log aggregation, distributed tracing, and application metrics)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
• Experience with self-healing systems or multi-cloud environments
