Lead Infrastructure Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-level and web-scale hosting platforms, including application, web, and database servers
• Drive DevOps transformation by implementing infrastructure automation and cloud technologies
• Develop technical roadmaps and effective solutions to meet challenging business objectives
• Establish controls and processes for continuous application delivery through automation
• Act as a thought leader in DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineering for both clients and internal teams
• Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and build cloud and infrastructure practices

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and building enterprise/web hosting platforms
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS), virtualization, and infrastructure automation
• Strong expertise in DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language and experience building Linux or Windows server systems
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools across different technology stacks
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring systems (e.g., distributed tracing, log aggregation, metrics, and health checks)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
• Experience with self-healing systems and multi-cloud environments
