Lead, Infra EUC-SCCM Intune GPO

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and support Microsoft Modern Management platforms including Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, and Co-management.
• Manage MDM for Mac/OSX infrastructure integrated between JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
• Ensure high levels of security and availability by aligning with STIG/CIS guidelines and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Manage the evaluation, installation, and performance monitoring of hardware and software for a multi-vendor environment (laptops, desktops, iMacs, MacBooks).
• Apply expertise in end-user service design to deliver scalable and sustainable digital workspace solutions.
• Ensure compliance for controls, device posture, MFA, and detailed infrastructure build-kits.
• Act as a Project Leader or expert resource for partner, committee, or management interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10-11 years of overall industry experience, with 6-7 years specifically in engineering.
• Expertise in Microsoft Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Azure Portal).
• Experience with Apple device management (Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP, Apple Configurator).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, ZSH, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and M365 Security products.
• Experience with Windows 10 security features (BitLocker, Device Guard, Credential Guard).
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) and identity services (AD/GPO).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technology certifications such as ITIL or engineering-specific certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience maturing engineering processes, documentation, and monitoring capabilities.
