Lead - Infra Audit Preparation and Oversight

Responsibilities

• Support the regional Infrastructure Pre-Audit Assessment (iPaaT) team in executing defined objectives and improving local processes.
• Conduct current state assessments to identify potential gaps and provide risk-minded guidance to minimize negative audit outcomes.
• Assist Infrastructure and Platform owners in identifying key risks and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Manage weekly reporting on the status of ongoing assessments and present findings to Infrastructure Leadership.
• Develop and execute assessment schedules in coordination with Global and Regional counterparts to ensure coverage for upcoming audits.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Internal Audit experience.
• 4+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry.
• In-depth understanding of financial services regulations, risks, and controls.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Audit or Risk-related certifications such as CIA, CRISK, or CSIA.
• Technology-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle, Unix, Windows, or Mainframe).
• Previous experience working within a Big4 professional services firm.
