About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of core cybersecurity platforms including NDR, CNAPP, CSPM, and SWPP
  • Engineer integrations between cybersecurity systems to improve detection, automation, and incident response
  • Provide technical leadership for Cyber Defense Operations and enterprise security initiatives
  • Conduct technical investigations of security incidents and perform post-incident digital forensics
  • Design, document, and maintain complex security solutions related to networking, cloud, and endpoint security
  • Identify security vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Lead a team to achieve cybersecurity objectives and drive continuous improvement of defense technologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with modern security platforms such as NDR, CNAPP, CSPM, SWPP, or vulnerability management suites
  • Experience with SIEM/SOAR integrations
  • Strong understanding of security architectures, detection engineering, and threat-driven defense strategies
  • Experience integrating and optimizing tools across hybrid and cloud environments
  • Ability to serve as a senior technical lead and collaborate across security, infrastructure, and application teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large enterprise or public-sector environments
  • Familiarity with secure development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and code security tools
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC (e.g., GCIA, GMON, GDSA), or cloud security credentials
  • Experience with automation and scripting to support security tooling (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
